Roadmap
Everything below is what we intend to build, in the order the releases are numbered. We do not publish dates for any of it, and nothing on this page is available to buy today. What is built is on the pricing section of the home page, and the Compare Plans matrix there marks every plan with the release it belongs to.
Built today
Callum answers your clinic's phone, texts and web chat so the line does not ring out, captures appointment and refill requests for your team, answers from a knowledge base your practice writes and edits, escalates by the routing rules your practice wrote and signed, records every conversation and action in an audit log, and imports your client records. This is the After Hours and Front Desk plans.
Release 2 — the Full Book plan
The work between visits. We intend to build appointment reminders and confirmations at the lead time you set, rebooking offers when an appointment is missed, overnight requests waiting as a morning worklist your team approves, campaigns driven by the due dates your practice exports from its own system, and a shared team inbox with ownership, read state and internal notes.
One thing will not change when this is built, because it is a product principle rather than a feature: Callum never computes a medical schedule and never decides what a pet needs. It works from the dates your practice exports, and nothing is sent, booked or promised without a person at your practice approving it.
Release 3 — the Front Office plan
Depth on the phone and in your systems. We intend to build warm transfer to your staff mid-call, a connection to your practice-management software where an adapter exists, and online scheduling.
What we will not build
Callum never diagnoses, never assesses a symptom, never recommends a dose, and never tells a client that a visit is unnecessary — on this release or any other. It will not approve a refill: refills are captured and handed to your staff, and requests for controlled substances go to a person with no automation at all. It will not ship triage rules of its own: there is no default tree to inherit, and Callum will not take a call for your practice until someone at your practice has written and signed yours. None of that is on this roadmap because none of it is ever going to be.
This page describes intent. Plans change, the order can change, and anything here may be dropped. Nothing on this page forms part of any agreement — see the Terms of Service.
